Shift and Schedule:
- Night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST)
- US shift
- Monday to Friday
Pay:
- Competitive base salary for the first 5 months. After 5 months, based on potential, capabilities, and performance, an excellent salary plus incentives.
- Additional incentives for generating qualified leads that lead to business.
Supplemental Pay:
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive (Fresher) with excellent communication
skills and knowledge of the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
- Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities.
- Collaborate with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Work with the web developer to update content to reflect current information.
- Use, modify, and convert partner content for marketing purposes.
- Manage social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Learn, maintain, and update customer databases using a CRM system.
- Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
