Business Development/IT Sales Executive, focusing on acquiring new direct clients in the
US, Canada, Europe, and Australia markets. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Job Description:
- Experience: 2-3 years in IT Solutions, Software Development Outsourcing, IT Staffing, Talent Solutions, Digital Solutions, and Services.
- Business Development: Identify, contact, and develop viable business accounts to create new revenue streams from enterprise clients.
- Account Penetration: Leverage internal relationships to gain additional business and grow accounts.
- Coordination: Work with marketing executives to present appropriate solutions to clients.
- Presentations: Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and services.
- Communication: Excellent skills required for product or service demos.
- Staffing Experience: Experience in staffing as a business center, responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets.
- US IT Sales Background:Strong background with US-based clients, focusing on generating revenue and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Vendor Relations:Maintain a valid database of vendors and prime vendors, with strong relationships.
- Recruitment: Ability to recruit and market CTC/1099/W2/OPT full-time consultants from job portals, sub-vendors, referrals, and social networking sources.
- Job Portals: Knowledge of Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media platforms. Able to handle H1B transfers and referrals to W2 consultants.
- Vendor Contacts: Direct contact with T1 vendors or implementation partners, generating new relationships.
- Client Management: Capable of acquiring direct clients and opportunities.
- Networking: Excellent network in the industry, sourcing profiles from nonconventional recruitment channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and account managers t
- Strategizing: Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand.
- Target-Oriented:Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and stay self-motivated.
- Client Handling: Prior experience in handling clients and implementation partners.
- Market Research: Hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads.
Working Hours:
- Night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST)

- US shift
- Monday to Friday
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary for the first 5 months.
- Post 5 months: Excellent salary + recurring incentives (new business closed) + quarterly and annual bonuses (based on new client account closures and revenue targets achieved).
- Annual bonus based on overall company revenue targets achieved/exceeded.
- Currently, no medical benefits or cab facility, but we are working on providing these benefits in the future.
