We are seeking an experienced IT Staffing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our IT
Executive Search and Talent Solutions services, targeting C-level IT Executives and Leaders
within the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue
growth and building long-term customer relationships in the IT staffing industry
Pay
- CTC: Competitive base salary for the first 5 months. After 5 months, based on potential, capabilities, and performance:
- Excellent salary + recurring incentives
- Performance bonus (quarterly on targets exceeded)
- Annual bonus (based on overall company revenue targets achieved/exceeded)
- Currently, we do not offer medical benefits or a cab facility, but we are working on providing these benefits in the future.

Roles & Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in IT staffing sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.
- Must be independent and a self-starter.
- Must have a valid database of vendors and prime vendors, with strong relationships.
- Experience in dealing with W2/C2C/OPT with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. Ability to recruit and market for CTC/1099/W2/OPT full-time consultants from job portals, sub-vendors, referrals, and social networking sources.
- Knowledge of job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and social media platforms. Able to handle and turn H1B transfers and referrals onto our W2 consultants.
- Direct contact with Tier 1 & 2 vendors or implementation partners, generating new relationships with new vendors.
- Experience in the full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing candidates, and responsibilities until joining).
- Ability to understand technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring all agreements are executed timely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and developments, providing recommendations to the leadership team on new services that can help drive revenue growth.
Note: Hyderabad location. Remote option available. No cab facility for pick-up and drop-off for now.
